Your Sembalo membership.

Your free account

Sembalo is for people aged 18 or over. One account is associated with one verified email address. Creating an account does not reserve an event or start a paid subscription.

Local participation

Local availability appears in your account for your city. Participation is free when bookings are open. You pay for your own food, drinks, travel and other personal expenses. Dinners are hostless, so everyone arrives as a participant. Local bookings are currently paused.

Sembalo Global

Global is an optional €19 monthly subscription. Billing starts at purchase and renews monthly. Your early-member price stays €19 while continuously subscribed. After cancellation, a later purchase uses the price then offered. The checkout shows the final amount before payment.

In each weekly round you actively opt in to, the service is one curated 1:1 introduction. It does not guarantee a booked call, a particular type of person, a client, employment or a business outcome. You and the other member arrange your conversation. Skipping a week does not pause monthly billing.

Weekly opt-in and contact sharing

The round and deadline appear in your account. Complete your essentials, choose broad availability and confirm your time zone. At opt-in you agree to share your verified introduction email and any supplied public profile with that round's introduction. Your account email may be different from your introduction email. You may withdraw from an open round before its deadline.

If an introduction does not work out

Contact us if an opted-in introduction is missed or does not respond. We will attempt a replacement. If the issue remains unresolved, an eligible missed introduction earns one introduction credit for a future round. This is an additional introduction, not money or a discount. We record owed credits separately from your weekly entitlement. No expiry applies to an owed credit under this launch offer.

Cancellation and first-payment guarantee

You can request cancellation in your account or by emailing admin@sembalo.com before your next renewal. A request is not yet confirmation that the billing provider has processed it; we will confirm. If a timely cancellation request is not processed before the renewal, we will reverse that subsequent charge.

If Global is not right for you, request a refund within 30 days of your first payment. This guarantee covers the first payment and ends the paid membership when refunded. It does not limit applicable statutory rights.

Respect and safety

Treat other members respectfully. Do not harass, discriminate, pressure people into buying, or share private contact details without permission. Tell Sembalo about safety concerns. We may restrict an account where needed to protect participants.
