Information you provide

Essentials include name, email, birth year, gender, country, city and conversation languages. Optional profile information can include a self-description, career and business details, who you want to meet, strengths, interests, goals, values, lifestyle and a public profile URL. City suggestions use self-hosted GeoNames data; typed city searches are not sent to a third-party geocoder. We save answers as you move through signup so an unfinished signup can be resumed.

Introductions and Local participation

Global opt-in records include the chosen round, time zone, availability and your agreement to share a verified introduction email. The introduction email can differ from your sign-in email. Only that round's introduction receives your chosen contact details and any public profile you supplied. Birth year and private support messages are not shared as contact details.

Service providers

Account and service records use Supabase. The website and operational email use All-Inkl hosting. Paid checkout uses ThriveCart and the payment methods shown there. Sembalo does not collect full payment-card details through its own forms.

Security and account access

We use short-lived, one-time email sign-in links and secure session cookies. Never forward those emails. Meta Pixel may record page views on all pages according to your marketing consent. Contentsquare does not load on sign-in or member pages. Introduction email verification does not grant account access.

Communications and tracking

We email you about your account, introductions, purchases and events you choose. With marketing consent, Meta receives PageView events on pages, InitiateCheckout on checkout and a Lead event when Essentials are completed. ThriveCart handles purchase measurement on its checkout. No account sign-in token is included in our marketing event URLs.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, skip a weekly round, ask for help or request account deletion. Billing records may need to be retained where required by law. Private feedback is not published as a public rating of a person.
